S0ULMATE Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the S0ULMATE app and service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.

Who can use S0ULMATE

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.

How the Service works

S0ULMATE is a blind-dating service. Instead of a feed to swipe through, the System pairs you with one person at a time and proposes a place and time to meet. You choose whether to commit to a date and are expected to show up if you do. After a date you leave feedback, which helps the System choose better for you next time. We do not guarantee any particular match, a date, that a match will meet you, or any outcome.

Your conduct

You agree to give accurate information, to treat other members with respect, and to meet in public and use your own judgement about your safety. You will not harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate anyone; will not use the Service if you are barred by law from dating services; and will not attempt to identify or contact a match outside what the Service reveals. We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules or misuses the Service, including creating fake profiles or attempting to defeat the real-person check.

Photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content within the Service to operate it (for example, showing your first name and avatar to a match, or your photos after a reveal). You confirm you have the right to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Subscriptions and payments

S0ULMATE offers optional paid plans (Plus, Insight, Soulmate) and one-off extras. Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown, and your Google Play account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and the features stay active until that period ends. Prices are shown in the app and may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are governed by Google Play's refund policies and by any statutory rights you have. We do not separately process card payments. One-off extras are delivered immediately and, except where the law requires otherwise, are not refundable once used.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, then Delete account, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your data from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in Google Play.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline, and you are solely responsible for your interactions with other people. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
